Human Zoo were asked to develop a training workshop to inspire great creative work from the marketing department of one the worlds most iconic and creative organisations.
Taking a cue from the world of the theatre that the Disney Channel inhabits, the training itself was run in reverse.
Why? Well, when a stage actor learns the script they start with the last line. They then learn the line before, and then the line before that – each time running through the script in reverse. In this way, the part of the script they know best is the last line. This allows them to perform into certainty.
Most training programmes start at the beginning. But it isn’t the start of a project that is the problem, or even the objective. It’s the end that is both the objective, and the part that is experienced least (just think how may projects you’ve started versus how many you’ve finished…!).
